Returns are accepted only if your order arrives damaged.
In the unlikely event your order should arrive damaged in any way, you have the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping cost. Simply send the damaged item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your order and a replacement (or replacements) will be sent to you, postage paid. Damaged items will only be replaced with the same title. Should you opt for a refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment after the damaged item(s) have been returned.
Please note: In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, all returns must be received within 14 days from when you received your order. Return postage is at your expense and is not refundable.
